• Third Bedroom: Family-friendly bunk bed with twin on top and a twin bed on bottom and a full size bed to give you options for sleeping arrangements.

*Sleeping accommodations for 8 people over the age of seven plus 1 child under the age of 5.

2 BATHROOMS:
Clean, modern bathrooms with all the essentials including fluffy towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.

The max number of house guests must equal the max number of sleeping accommodations please notify us if you plan on having any guests visiting**

**ATTENTION: We have a strict "NO PET(s)" policy. Please don't book if you plan to bring your pet(s).****

SEPTIC:
Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So PLEASE do not flush ANYTHING that’s not toilet paper. (this includes “flushable wipes”)

CAMERAS:
In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with four exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

NOISE MONITOR:
There is a noise monitor outside on the patio. This is to ensure that we are not disturbing our neighbors during quiet hours. We thank you in advance for your co-operation in maintaining positive relationships with our neighbors. Sarasota City quite hours are 10PM-7AM, during those hours noise must be kept below 70 db

** Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children at all times. Babies must wear water diapers at all times
