The upper level serves as the main living space and is thoughtfully designed with an open-concept floor plan perfect for entertaining and gathering together. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere for relaxing after a day at the beach. The upstairs primary suite features a comfortable king-size bed and easy access to the main living areas.

Downstairs offers a completely separate retreat that’s ideal for families or groups traveling together. This private space includes two bunk beds with four twin beds total, a cozy lounge area with couch seating, a wet bar, and a separate full bathroom.
